Profile

I deal with electron transport properties in solids, mainly in semiconductor films and structures. I design, perform and interpret experiments involving various DC and AC electrical methods, e.g. current-voltage, resistance, Hall effect, and impedance measurements. Effects of interfaces and surfaces are often topic of my research.
