Systems for conversion of the fundamental wavelength generated by the PERLA platform to harmonic frequencies (206 nm, 257.5 nm, 343 nm, 515 nm) and mid-infrared spectral range. The beam is continuously tunable from 1.6 um to 1.95 um (signal beam), and from 2.1 to 2.6 um (idler beam). Extension of tunability up to 4 um and generation of wavelengths up to 10 um is planned.
