F/1 spectrometer with monochromator Horiba H20IR, Si and InGaA photodiodes, pulse voltage generator, picoammeter and lock-in amplifier enables to measure volt-ampere characteristics of small diodes and electro- and photo-luminescence spectra in the range of 400-1600 nm. F/4 spectrometer with dual-grid monochromator SPEX 1672, pulsed UV LED photoexcitation, cooled photomultiplier, preamplifier and lock-in amplifier covers the spectral range of 300 to 700 nm. In 2019 we purchased a new dry cryostat Oxford Instruments OptistatDry BLV for measurements in the temperature range of 3-300 K. |
