Development of non linear absorption driven optic system and proces for high throughput TGV formation (MBB-TGV)

Abstract

The Project goal is R&D a novel technology of non-linear absorption driven optic system and proces for high throughput TGV formation assisted by KOH chemical etching, multi-Bessel-beam. Achieving of the project goal will be demonstrated by multi-beam drilling or holes with diameter less than 25 micrometers in 100 micrometers thick glass substrate.
