Multiferroic materials with magnetoelectric coupling are attractive for spintronic and random access memory applications and telecommunication. We study these materials by EPR and NMR techniques in wide temperature range (3-600 K) and magnetic fields (+/-15 kOe). In addition to the spectroscopic studies, magnetoelectric (ME) coupling is measured as well. The ME coefficients are determined by a dynamic method as a function of bias magnetic field at a small ac field by measuring the current across the sample or voltage/polarization utilizing a high-sensitive lock-in-amplifier.
