Abstract
The aim of the project is the R&D of lithographic 2D fields of ultrasonic transducers from smart materials for cyber-physical systems. Achieving the goal will be demonstrated by the pilot plant of ultrasonic radiation lithography 2D array of ultrasonic transducers from smart materials with utility model protection. The project implements the intention (subject of solution) of R&D lithographic 2D fields of ultrasonic transducers. Milestones of individual stages are functional samples and prototypes of lithographic 2D array of ultrasonic transducers from smart materials. The deadline is 12/2024.
