Fast displaying screens for detection of ionizing, UV, EUV radiation

Abstract

The main aim of the project is development of unique uptil now not available fast scintillating screens with (luminescence decay time in few nanoseconds) based on InGaN/GaN heterostructures with high imaging resolution for detection of different types of ionizing radiation (elctron, UV, X-ray) and preparantion of functional samples. Certified technology will be developed for preparation of YAP crystals with diameter 2", for preparation of YAP epitaxial substrates and for preparation of InGaN/GaN epitaxial heterostructure on different substrates. Developed fast displaying screens will be tested by end users. This developed product will increase the portfolio of Crytur company in the fields of fast displaying screens and will enable construction of detection systems which are in strategy plan of the company in years 2020-2025.
