The work will be focused on study of growth conditions by direct temperature field measurement in growth ampoule filled with model compound during simulated vertical Bridgman growth. The study will aim on evaluation and optimization of the influence of growth conditions (temperature gradient and pulling rate) on the final crystal quality. Partial goal will be determination of the influence of external magnetic field on growth conditions and compare them with obtained results.
