Research activity in the field of optical properties of semiconductors and phosphors
Optical, photoelectric and transport properties of condensed state, mainly semiconductors and optical crystals:
    - Luminescence characterization and diagnostics (AgCl, Si)
    - Nonnlinear optical properties, effects of high excitation (AgCl, AgBr, TlBr, Si, Hg2Cl2 , ZnSe, ZnTe, CdZnTe, ZnCdSe , porous silicon, a-Si:H)

Design and implementation of experiments in semiconductor physics:
    - Light emitting forms of silicon, in particular silicon nanocrystals
    - Low-dimensional semiconductor structures
