The newest article
"Catalogue of wide binaries, trinaries and quaternaries
from the Gaia data release 2
(region |b| > 25 deg)"
presents application
of the optimized statistical
method that we previously developed for the analysis of 2D patterns.
Erratum: Unfortunately, the sentences just above the equations (7), (12), (13) and (25) are lost in the journal version.
They are correct in the preprint.
Optimized selection algorithm generates the catalogue of candidates:
900,842 binaries,
5,282 trinaries
and 30 quaternaries.
The files can be downloaded also in a zipped form
(binaries,
trinaries and quaternaries.)

An information about Merged Catalogue is available separately.
In the article
Zavada P. & Píška K., 2020, AJ, 159,33
"Statistical analysis of binary stars from the Gaia catalogue DR2"
we describe a general statistical method for analysis
of the data from this catalogue.
With the use of the selection algorithm
presented in the article, we have created the catalogue of binary candidates (~80,000).
The catalogue is in the csv form and available (version 03, restricted to binary candidates) from
(csv form)
or (zipped csv form)).
The field content (an extension of original data from the Gaia-DR2 archive) can be found in
(text) or
(csv)
We plan to develop, extent and improve the catalogue.
