Pozn.: B: Large, dark area; 1 3/4 degree NW and SE, about 30' wide. This dark area is almost elliptical in form. It is sharply defined on its north and northwest sides, but is diffused to the south, and elsewhere. There is a heavy sprinkling of small stars all over it.
