Low temperature ultra-high vacuum scanning probe microscope with magnetic field up to 3 Tesla allowing simultaneous measurement of tunneling current and force using Kolibri sensor. The operating temperature range is 1.2 to 4 Kelvin. ªe instrument is also equipped with standard tools for the preparation of surfaces and low energy electron di±raction method.
