Custom-made low temperature ultra-high vacuum scanning probe microscope with optical setup. The instrument allows simultaneous measurement of tunneling current and force using qPlus sensor. The instrument is also equipped with standard tools for the preparation of surfaces, low energy electron diffraction method, and radiofrequency wiring.
