Substitution of one or two cations can change dramatically dielectric,
magnetic or mechanical properties of the pure BaFe12O19 hexaferrite,
including significant shift of Curie temperature, appearance of
spin-lattice coupling and phase transitions. In this talk the dielectric
response of a lead substituted barium hexaferrite will be discussed.
