    - Luminescence characterization and diagnostics (AgCl, Si)
    - Nonnlinear optical properties, effects of high excitation (AgCl, AgBr, TlBr, Si, Hg₂Cl₂ , ZnSe, ZnTe, CdZnTe, ZnCdSe , porous silicon, a-Si:H)
