The focus of my work is crystal structure determination of nanocrystals by electron diffraction using the dynamical refinement of precession electron diffraction tomography data, and of micrometer-sized crystals by single crystal x-ray diffraction; phase analysis of metal alloys by powder x-ray diffraction; and TEM analysis of irradiated and non-irradiated materials at low/high temperatures.
