National Programmes
- Make sure that your application has correct formatting; contains all required details and attachments; all forms are filled in.
- Complete all information on your application in the grant system GraSys to start the approval process. Make sure to include your final version of the budget and seek advice if in doubt.
- Send your proposal for online approval by the Head of Department, Head of Division, Financial Manager and finally the FZU Council at least 7 working days prior to the funder’s submission deadline.
- Once approved internally, submit your application. The submission process may vary depending on the provider.
H2020/HE Programmes
- Acquaint yourself with the submission portal ECAS.
- Read application submission guidelines carefully.
- Make sure that your application has correct formatting; contains all required details and attachments; all forms are filled in.
- Complete all information on your application in GraSys to start the approval process. Make sure to include your final version of the budget and seek advice if in doubt. If you are an external applicant, your departmental sponsor will do so.
