Proposal preparation

 

  • Plan your proposal carefully:
    • Make sure you are eligible to apply for a given scheme.
    • Consider the funder’s requirements regarding Open Access, research data management, engagement with the public, research integrity, impact, composition of your team, IPR, budget and the project timespan.
    • Applicants for the EU FP grants, GACR EXPRO and JUNIOR STAR are advised to consult Grant support at least 6 months prior to the deadline.
  •  Get grant support:
    • Contact the grant advisor
    • Choose a call related seminar/webinar
    • Ask for editing services and further support
    • Stick to the pre-agreed timeline  
  • Allow for ample time to write and revise your proposal
  • Express your intention to apply via the grant system GraSys: on the Calls tab, choose a provider, a programme, and call and start your project proposal.

FZU welcomes applications from excellent researchers seeking to apply for the grants of European Research Council (ERC), for Marie Sklodowska Curie Postdoctoral fellowships (MSCA PF), and for Horizon Europe Pillar II grants. We provide support to applicants and will guide you through the approval and application process.
