X-ray powder diffractometer Empyrean from PANalytical. The device is equipped with a Cu anode with a power of 1.8 kW and a PIXCel3D detector (Medipix). It allows measurement in two configurations - Bragg-Brentano and Debye-Scherrer with the possibility of monochromatization of the incident beam with a primary monochromator. Furthermore, the instrument is equipped with sample cooling (90 K - 500 K) and the ability to measure a reaction in a flow-through capillary.
