  • Spectrometer LabRAM HR Evolution (compound Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopy with microscopy, spatial resolution better than 1 μm, 3D mapping, depth profiling, chemical resolution)
  • Cryostat for optical microscopy Oxford Instruments Microstat He2 (temperature range 4.2−300 K)
  • Light detection: two CCD sensors (Synapse, Synapse UV, 220−1100 nm)
  • Pump source: He-Cd laser (325 nm) and SHG Nd:YAG laser (532 nm)
