 The LabRAM HR Evolution confocal Raman and luminescence spectrometer, using spectral methods with high spatial and spectral resolution in the temperature range 80 - 600 K. It also enables 2D and 3D imaging using an optical confocal microscope. The spectrometer is equipped with three excitation lasers (325 nm, 457 nm and 532 nm) and two CCD detectors covering the spectral region 220-1100 nm.
