Probe station Janis Research ST-500 with four triax microprobes for electron transport studies on samples with microcontacts (down to 10 micrometers). The system allows us to make continuous measurement in the temperature range of 80-475 K (5-475 K using LHe). It is equipped with a permanent magnet set for magnetotransport research.
