Text

Bivoj laser – a single beam, cryogenically cooled, multi-slab laser system delivering over 1 kW of average power in 105 J, 10 ns pulses at 10 Hz at 1030 nm, representing the world’s first kW average power, diode pumped solid state laser. High-energy second and third harmonic generation at 515 nm and 343 nm are available as well. It serves a wide range of commercial and scientific applications, such as advanced materials processing, laser shock treatment of mechanical components, lased induced damage, or generation of secondary radiation and particle sources.
