High sensitivity conductance and Hall effect system with excitation and magnet currents reversal (magnetic field up 1 T) based on Keithley 6221 current source, Keithley 2182A nanovoltmeter and two Keithley 6514 electrometers, completed with two cryostats (Janis Research and home-made, 77–800 K) and with a chamber for high resistivity, Hall and photo-Hall measurements at defined atmosphere.
