Our flow cytometer allows the measurement of 8 parameters at one time (side and forward scatter plus 6 fluorescence channels) with high sensitivity (<30 MESF for FITC, <10 MESF for PE). It provides high-speed analysis of all parameters at 30,000 cells/sec, which gives the advantage of keeping the sample in good condition without losing the validity of the results. It offers a choice of labware between a 96-well plate or a 1.5/2 mL test tube.
