In situ monitoring and modeling of the solvation process of active pharmaceutical ingredients


Understanding of the solvate formation is of fundamental importance. Proposed project is based on the combination of experimental effort and mathematical modeling towards deeper understanding of the desolvation and primarily resolvation processes of APIs and their influence on the effectiveness and scalability of the production. Gained knowledge will be consequently used for optimization of the production process in respect to time, energy and amount of used solvents.
