Abstract
The proposed project focuses on the fabrication and characterization of a new class of MEMS devices based on the wideband gap materials (diamond, GaN). The proposed project strategy will allow for the first time to shed light on the complexity of multifunctional MEMS structures that involves material’s syntheses, complex micromachining and characterization.
