Hybrid reactive pulse HiPIMS + ECWR deposition system for deposition of semiconducting thin films

The device enables the deposition of high-quality semiconductive optical thin films using a hybrid plasma system combining reactive HiPIMS with multiple magnetrons combined with an ECWR electrode. The layers can be deposited at very low pressures in pulsed plasma with high ionization of the depositing particles.
