Complex measuring system of low temperature plasma diagnostics applied in technological processes with the possibility of measurement with time resolution

The device enables complex diagnostics of low-temperature plasma with time resolution directly during the technological process. This includes measurement of time-resolved spectra of plasma ions and their energy distribution function, measurement of plasma microparameters such as electron distribution function, plasma potential, electron concentration, ion concentration and ionization of depositing particles.
