Epitaxy tailors unprecedented functions in perovskite oxides

The research is focused on the synthesis of epitaxial perovskite oxide films and a fundamental understanding of their growth and properties with a long-term prospect for innovative applications. We aim at intelligent engineering of epitaxial perovskite oxide heterostructures in order to realize phenomenal ferroic and electronic responses to external electro-magnetic and stress stimuli.
