Text

Fluorescence microscopy reveals the position of very tiny amounts of fluorescent substances, which can be introduced into living tissues or cells. Information about the environment of fluorescent probes in the tissues can be obtained by measuring changes in the fluorescence spectrum or other characteristics. Applications examples:
Viability; pH Indication; Calcium ions; Magnesium ions; Membrane lipids; Mitochondria; Lysosomes; Nuclei, etc.
