Abstract
In this proposal, one-dimensional hybrid diamond nanostructures will be fabricated from boron doped diamond (BDD) films using a facile combination of linear antenna microwave plasma enhanced CVD and reactive ion etching techniques. Structural and electrochemical properties of films and nanostructures will be thoroughly investigated.
