Preparation of mixed perovskites doped with rare earth elements by micro-pulling-down method

The work will focus on the preparation of mixed perovskites doped with rare earth elements by micro-pulling-down method and the study of their luminescence and scintillation properties. The aim will be to find the optimal composition of perovskite crystals in terms of stabilization of the perovskite phase and to achieve excellent scintillation characteristics exceeding the parameters of contemporary materials.
