Ferromagnetic quantum criticality in clean systems

Abstract

The project will focus on investigation of the open issues of quantum phase transitions (QPTs) in ferromagnets. The results of experiments and calculations will be discussed within the framework of the present relevant theoretical models. Besides the investigation of the phase diagrams and criticalities within, the scaling laws of measured properties will be confronted with present theoretical models. Hydrostatic pressure will be the key tuning parameter for approaching the QPT.
