X-ray powder diffractometer SmartLab from Rigaku.

The diffractometer is equipped with a Cu rotating anode with a power of 9 kW and a D/teX Ultra 250 detector. The device is very variable and in addition to the standard measurement of powder samples, its equipment allows measurement in a capillary, measurement of thin films, analysis of reflectivity and pole-figures. Furthermore, the device is equipped with cooling and heating of the sample (90 K - 1450 K).
