Transmission Electron MIcroscope FEI Tecnai G2 20 equipped with thermionic cathode (LaB6) allows for complex materials characterization at nanoscale by combinaning information on sample morphology (BF/DF imaging), chemical composition (EDX, EELS, EFTEM) and atomic structure (electron diffraction). Microscope is mainly used for electron diffraction experiments with the aim to determine atomic structure of nanocrystals.
