A high sensitivity UV photodetector with inkjet printed ZnO/nanodiamond active layers

This work presents novel, simple and low-cost inkjet-printed UV photodetectors based on double-layered ZnO/detonated nanodiamond films. This article demonstrates that the method and device might be applied to wearable in-situ monitoring UV sensors. The process also has potential for printing small-size transistors and solar cells for wearable devices.
