X-ray diffractometer with a copper rotating anode (max. power 18kW), parabolic Göbel mirror (parallel beam). Variable Bartels monochromators in the primary beam for optimum resolution achievement, exchangeable analyzers (variable slits, parallel-plate collimator, LiF crystal, Ge channel-cut), scintillation detector. It is equipped with the Eulerian cradle and X-Y-Z motorized stage. It allows diffraction measurements with high resolution, eventually X-ray reflectivity of powder diffraction with the parallel beam. Measurements can be performed using a non-ambient temperature chamber with a range from -100 to +350 degrees centigrade.
