Two Infrared Fourier transform spectrometers BRUKER IFS113v and VERTEX80v, spectral range 10-7.000 cm–1, temperature range 5 – 950 K, two He cryostats ColdEdge and Oxford Instruments Optistat, transmission and specular reflection measurements, liquid-helium cooled Si bolometer detector (operation temperature 1.6 K) and two DTGS pyroelectric detectors.
