Custom made thermal vacuum chamber that can achieve 10-7 mbar. A dewar for liquid nitrogen is connected to the chamber and in combination with cryogenic controller allows for precise temperature adjustment from -170 °C to +80 °C. Three flanges provide either up to 300 electronic channels or optical windows.
