What are semiconductors, diodes and transistors? Students will learn this through the talk including small experiments and a discussion. They will see where we use semiconductors and where different kinds of semiconductors can be applied. Especially high school students will be interested in the conclusion of the talk with interesting facts from semiconductor production in the Czech Republic and elsewhere, the industry's development and job prospects within it.
