My research focuses on the design and fabrication of micro/nano-fluidic platforms for the optical and chemical detection of biomolecules at the single-molecule level. Additionally, I am investigating the use of Nanofluidic Scattering Microscopy for label-free visualisation of biomolecular dynamics, interactions, and mass transport on the nanoscale. These findings are essential to develop techniques for single-molecule characterisation, such as electrometry, to accurately determine the charges and masses of bionanomaterials.
