Abstract
This project aims at:
1) Fabrication of silicon-vacancy color centers with varying density and narrow emission linewidths on various single crystal diamond substrates using the chemical vapor deposition technique
2) Uncovering the channels for the efficient excitation of the silicon-vacancy diamond color centers at cryogenic temperature
3) Understanding the interplay between the population dynamics and the charge state conversion of silicon-vacancy color center ensembles at cryogenic temperature
