I work in a field of theoretical condensed matter physics. My main research interests are three closely related fields: nanoscopic superconductivity, strongly correlated electrons and molecular electronics. I study magnetic and transport properties of nanoscopic systems including single molecules, molecular assemblies, quantum dots and semiconducting nanowires connected to metallic and superconducting electrodes. These systems, apart from their applications in quantum technologies, represent ideal setups to study the complex interplay of various quantum mechanical phenomena in controllable conditions.
