An informal atmosphere, networking across departments and scientific groups, and the chance to learn about new projects. This is the annual summer event, HR Coffee & Talk. During the event, employees can explore a wide range of topics – from the European Charter for Researchers and professional development opportunities to involvement in PR and science outreach, as well as grant support, and Open Science.
The event was held, as usual, during the last week of the summer holidays at two of our locations. The weather was more than favourable, allowing participants to enjoy the pleasant surroundings of the blossoming atrium at Slovanka and the garden at Cukrovarnická for their afternoon meetings. Both events were opened with an introductory speech by Director Michael Prouza, after which participants had the opportunity to meet representatives of individual teams and share their suggestions and questions with them.
