Abstract
The aim of the project is the preparation and surface structure characterization of iron silicide nanolayers on Si substrates. The layers are prepared by solid phase epitaxy in the Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan. Structure of the iron silicide nano-sheet will be determined by quantitative LEED method in Institute of Physics, Prague, using dynamic theory of electron scattering.
