My research focuses on the development and optimization of the top-down method for fabrication of nanostructured InGaN surfaces, such as nanorods, nanotubes, etc. The fabricated InGaN nanostructures have demonstrated applicability in hydrogen photocatalysis. Additionally, I am engaged in plasma etching of AlGaN/GaN heterostructures for high-power electronic devices, specifically high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs). I also investigate electron transport phenomena in AlGaN/GaN structures.
