My research focuses on the fundamental and applied aspects of condensed matter physics, with an emphasis on optical properties of semiconductor heterostructure. I explore:

• Transport and localisation in disordered systems.
• Exciton transfer in self-assembled quantum dot ensembles.
• Spin-qubit in double quantum dot heterostructure.
• Electron dynamics in monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides.
• Effective schemes for spontaneous parametric down-conversion that is generating entangled photon pairs for quantum optics and information processing.
