Ing. Vítězslav Jarý, Ph.D.

This year's awards went to the Department of Optical Materials, Department of Thin Films and Nanostructures and the Department of Astroparticles Physics.

A team, which is Vitezslav Jary a member of, managed to find a novel, previously not investigated a group of materials which could find usage in industry, medicine, security as well as in science.

Vítězslav Jarý won the first prize in the H. Becquerel competition which aims to stimulate Czech PhD students and to recognize their successful research activity in the development of utilization of nuclear energy.
