In a 2022 publication in The Journal of Physical Chemistry C [DOI: 10.1021/acs.jpcc.2c00446], we introduced a novel method for determining ND size using low-frequency acoustic Raman modes. This non-destructive technique allows for precise size estimation of quantum-sized sub-3 nm NDs, facilitating better control in ND synthesis and application. The work involved international collaboration with specialists in bottom-up HPHT synthesis of NDs (E. Ekimov) and Raman spectroscopy (Department 26).
