Electrical and colloidal properties of hydrogenated nanodiamonds: Effects of structure, composition and size

Text

We have employed three types of nanodiamonds (NDs) with different sizes and structures and determined the important material properties that govern hydrogenated NDs’ colloidal properties and electrical conductivity. We showed that revealed differences in the colloidal and electronic properties are clearly linked to ND size, crystal quality, surface composition and structure.  We also contributed to the understanding of the positive zeta potential of hydrogenated NDs.
